Madrid Highlights Diversity and Coexistence

A notable gathering in Madrid united religious representatives, cultural figures and civic voices to reflect on the World Day for Cultural Diversity. The event, promoted by Fundación Mejora at the national headquarters of Scientology in Madrid, highlighted dialogue, tolerance and mutual understanding. The dialogue included Clarisa Nieva of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, Fernando Hernández of the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, and human rights educator Denise González. Speakers shared personal, cultural and institutional perspectives on how mutual knowledge can help build more inclusive communities.

During the event, participants explored themes such as religious freedom, intercultural coexistence and human dignity.
